"Extremely Let Down"
I purchased a Carrom board from this website. When it arrived, the main playing surface had some significant chips. I've sent a total of 6 emails and haven't received a single response. Plus, the contact number listed on their site is out of service. I'm really let down by their customer support. I won't outright say to avoid ordering from this site, but just be aware that if you get a faulty or damaged item, you might not hear back from them.

"Awesome gloves that won't break the bank"
These gloves showed up super fast and the quality is top-notch. I've used them three times so far, and there’s not a tear or any damage at all. They’re holding up just fine.
The price for these goalkeeper gloves is quite fair. The glove market is wild these days, but honestly, for what you pay, I believe these are unbeatable.

"Terrible customer support experience"
The customer support is just awful. I've been attempting to send back an item according to the return terms, but they keep ignoring my requests. Frustrating doesn’t even begin to cover it. Communication is lacking; they promise to respond but never do. It's the kind of company that’s quick to take your cash but slow to refund. Stay away!!
